* Telehealth Nurse Advice
Telehealth Nurse Advice which does not result in an appointment will be charged as a Nurse Consult Fee. If you have recently had a paid consult (within 5 days prior), this fee will be waived if the health care advice can be completed in under 5 minutes.
Healthline offers free professional healthcare advice available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call them directly on 0800611116 for free advice.
Alternatively, visit your local Pharmacy for advice.
If you are phoning for test results, please register for Manage My Health via our Reception Team. Results will be available to view once your GP has looked at and filed them.

Cancellation Policy
Please note we require at least a 24h-notice period for cancelled appointments. A $10.00 to $30.00 fee (dependent on the patients age), will apply if appointments are not cancelled within this time frame. A fee can also be charged if a patient is more than 4min late to a scheduled doctor appointment and the doctor no longer has enough time to complete the consult. Please call us to cancel or change your appointment or to let us know you might be running late.
Change to Administration Fee Policy
As of 1st February 2023, an $5 administration fee will be charged for payments not made on the day. This is waived if payment is made within 14 days. This policy is still applied if you are seen in our Ruma Karaka (Orange Room) or isolation room. Patients with ongoing automatic payments or redirections are exempt for these fees.
