GP Consults after 6pm incur an evening surcharge of $10

Lab Tests

Please ask for a quote.  A $10 handling fee on top of the quoted amount will be incurred for all tests taken at the surgery.

Blood Test Results
  1. Your test results are usually ready within 2-5 working days. We will contact you if anything is abnormal. If your results are normal and you do not need any follow up we may not necessarily contact you.
  2. You are welcome to ring to check your test results – they will be available via your secure login on Manage My Health once they have been checked by your GP. It is free to register for and use Manage My Health – our receptionists will help you.
  3. You can call and ask for the practice nurse. If you wish to discuss your normal results then you may be charged for a phone consult.
  4. If your results are abnormal we will contact you.
  5. If we would like you to have any follow up or further advice we will contact you. This may be via the phone/txt or mail so it is important that we have your current contact details.
Text Messages & Emails
  1. We will send texts to you regarding recalls for tests, reminders regarding immunisations and vaccines, test results, requests for appointments, prescription renewals, marketing and account information.
  2. If you do not want us to send texts to you, please advise reception and they will mark your records not to send SMS message. We prefer to use text/SMS as it is direct, personal, quick and inexpensive to use.
  3. We may email you similar information to that sent by text.
